When you install Widget Skins from the GoHighLevel Marketplace, we receive your GHL account ID, the email tied to that account, and the list of subaccounts your install covers. We use these only to provision your subscription and apply your themes to the right calendars.
We don't see your bookings, your contacts, your calendar availability, or any data your visitors enter into the booking form. That information stays inside GoHighLevel and never touches our servers.
Account info is used to authenticate you and bill your subscription. Theme data is stored so your skins persist across sessions and apply to your embeds. Operational logs help us detect outages and improve performance.

Our marketing site uses a single first-party cookie to remember if you've dismissed the cookie banner. The product itself uses session cookies to keep you signed in. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Production access is restricted to a small set of engineers using hardware security keys. We run quarterly third-party penetration tests and patch findings within the disclosure window.
You can export every theme in your library as JSON from your account page. You can delete your account at any time — we permanently purge your themes and account data within 30 days of cancellation. EU users are entitled to additional rights under GDPR; reach out to privacy@widgetskins.com to exercise them.
We'll post material changes to this page and notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Minor edits (typos, clarifying language) will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" stamp at the top.
