Plain-English ground rules for using Widget Skins. Nothing exotic — be decent, pay your bill, and we'll keep the service humming.
By installing Widget Skins from the GHL Marketplace and starting a paid subscription, you agree to these terms. If you're acting on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that agency to this agreement.
Widget Skins is a marketplace app that re-skins the default GHL calendar booking widget with custom themes. We provide the styling layer; GHL provides the underlying booking engine, availability logic, and contact storage. Outages or changes on the GHL side may affect Widget Skins; we'll communicate where we can.
You're responsible for keeping your GHL credentials safe and for any activity under your subaccounts. Notify us immediately at support@widgetskins.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans are billed monthly through the GHL Marketplace at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Subaccount plan: $9/month per subaccount. Agency plan: $50/month flat for unlimited subaccounts under your agency. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers will be notified by email.
Cancel anytime from your GHL billing dashboard — your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period and your calendars will revert to the GHL default skin. We don't pro-rate partial-month refunds, but we do refund double-charges and obvious billing errors. Just email us.
Don't use Widget Skins to:
The Widget Skins brand, software, and starter themes are ours. The custom themes you build are yours — you can export them, modify them, and take them with you if you cancel.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use policy or charge back legitimate invoices. We'll always try to give notice and a chance to resolve first. Upon termination, your themes and account data are purged within 30 days unless you've requested an export.
Widget Skins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost bookings, lost revenue, etc.).
We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here and emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
