14-day money-back guarantee. If Widget Skins isn't a fit, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms, no friction.

The guarantee

Every new Widget Skins subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the product for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge and we'll return 100% of what you paid.

How to request a refund

Email support@widgetskins.com from the address tied to your GHL account. Include your agency name or account ID so we can locate the subscription. That's it — no exit survey, no retention call, no hoops.

What happens to your themes

When a refund is processed, your subscription is cancelled and your skins stop applying to live embeds. You can export every theme in your library as JSON from your account page before cancelling — we'll keep your data available for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently purge it.

Renewals and upgrades

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first subscription on an account. Monthly and annual renewals are not automatically refundable, but if something breaks on our end or you were charged in error, reach out and we'll make it right. Plan upgrades mid-cycle are prorated, not covered by a fresh 14-day window.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback — we'll almost always refund you faster than your bank will. Accounts with chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be suspended pending resolution.
